A good nights uninterrupted sleep and its a lovely sunny morning no headache and only a little discomfort in my stomach. Porridge followed by Aspirin, Dipyridamole and Lansoprazole all taken orally for the first time.
Didnt get off the food pump until 11 so looks like i'll start getting fat with all this extra food!
Karin, Lottie, Dan and Peggy collected me just after lunch and because it was such a nice day took me to Alport Heights where they found their first Geocache and Dan swapped a Devils toenail for a Canadian Dollar.
Back home to watch a film then back to the Royal for my Tea.
