Another day on the beach at Ogmore. Despite it being the busiest I've ever seen it, its still a great beach with sand, surf, rock pools, pebbles and even some bouldering at the trench. This visit was however spent mainly watching Lottie and Dan bodyboarding and getting sunburnt!

Back to Cardiff for a barbecue in the garden and Doctor Who .
