Heavy workshop this morning felt hard work. I felt fine on the Balance Master but struggled on the foam balance beam, treadmill and had low scores on the BTE.
Headed into work to catch up with Paul before heading out with the dog to Raven Tor to sit in the sun and watch Dave climb Chimes of Freedom.
