A bit of a struggle getting up this morning, but whilst Lottie was doing her Physics exam I attended the Heavy Workshop. Despite feeling tired I felt as if I made a little progress this morning as I managed to keep my heart rate lower than last week. But I didn't get chance to use the BTE.
