Visited the GP this morning and instead of a sick note I've been given a 'Statement of Fitness for Work'. I don't see much difference really, I've been signed off for another 4 weeks but with the additional comment that I will need a graded return to work. I've another appointment with the GP the day after my Videofluoroscopy and I picked up a load of Folic Acid tablets to add to my growing cupboard of medication.
The rest of my day was taken up with a meeting about my Mothers continuing and increasing care requirements, lunch with my Sister, and then a short dog walk and catchup with Tom.
