More snow again today :-)
No ill effects from last nights trip to the wall. Heavy workshop in the morning, a chat and 5 mins on the air bike plus 10 mins on the treadmill.
Off to Cardiff this evening.

A big thankyou to everyone that has helped me over the last year. Doctors, Nurses, Speech Therapists, Physio's, OT's, Pharmacists, Nutritionists, Ambulance Crew, Cleaning Staff, Catering Staff and fellow patients. Also to everyone that's sent a card, message or visited its all been a great help.
